Quentin Millora-Brown turned 16 years old today, August 9 2016. FIBA rules require Fil-foreigners to submit Philippine passports before they turned 16. That is the basis for FIBA to determine if a player of foreign blood and born overseas is eligible or not for future FIBA competitions.
Quentin Millora-Brown right now is being offered by two Division 1 college basketball scholarships by Rice University and Mount Saint Mary’s. Also, he has received interest from Hofstra and James Madison.
According to one of the admin in pbadraft.net who had a conversation with Quentin in twitter last July 29, Quentin said that he still don’t have a Philippine passport and he will not be able to get one before his 16th birthday. So Quentin Millora-Brown will be added to the growing list of not eligible Fil-foreigners to represent the Philippines in any FIBA competitions.
